Requirements

  • Education : Any degree/diploma
  • Experience : 5+ Years
  • Skills : UAT or functional testing with automated data feeds, preferably for CRA tax reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Automated CCB Tax Reporting project, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the data feed lifecycle.
  • Design and execute test plans that validate automated data transfers between CMCIF and IDP systems.
  • Collaborate with development, business, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and reporting readiness.
  • Conduct detailed documentation of test cases, outcomes, and any system discrepancies.
  • Ensure testing aligns with tax reporting requirements set by the CRA.
  • Communicate testing progress, results, and issues clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Must have skills

  • 5+ years of experience in UAT or functional testing, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Experience with automated data feeds, preferably for CRA tax reporting or similar regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with CMCIF and IDP platforms or similar core banking systems.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, especially in deposits and reporting flows.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of OLBB (Online Business Banking) systems.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems in banking contexts.

  • Collaborate with banking and compliance teams to ensure data integrity
  • Validate functionality, accuracy, and CRA readiness
  • Document test plans and communicate results clearly

You bring

  • 8+ years in UAT/functional testing in financial services
  • Strong communication & documentation skills
  • Understanding of CMCIF, IDP, and tax reporting workflows
  • OLBB or POS system knowledge is a plus
