Requirements

  • Education : Any degree/diploma
  • Experience : 8+ Years
  • Skills : Expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts, tools and platforms like SSIS, AWS Glue, Hadoop, and Netezza

Key responsibilities

  • Lead UAT efforts focused on accessibility across digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and cases ensuring WCAG/ADA compliance.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve accessibility issues.
  • Identify, track, and verify accessibility defects, ensuring all are addressed before launch.
  • Deliver clear, actionable UAT reports outlining compliance status and improvements.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in UAT and accessibility compliance testing.
  • Strong understanding of WCAG, ADA, and accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to clearly communicate accessibility findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and passion for inclusive, user-friendly design.

Nice to have

  • Experience with accessibility tools (e.g., Axe, NVDA, JAWS)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder collaboration
