Your responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK (TypeScript or Python).
  • Automate provisioning and configuration of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to embed IaC within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build reusable CDK constructs for consistent adoption across projects.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and lead incident resolution.
  • Stay on the pulse of AWS service updates, cloud trends, and cost optimization strategies.

Must have skills

  • Proficient in TypeScript, Python, or Java for IaC and development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS CDK (preferred in TypeScript or Python).
  • Strong grasp of core AWS services - EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with IAM policy design and IaC best practices.

Bonus skills

  • Exposure to Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
  • Experience designing serverless or event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of cloud cost estimation and optimization tools.
